Can therapy help with negativity?

We spend far too much time trapped in the negative flow of our thoughts.

Reaching out to a friend, co-worker or family member can often seem like a perilous bridge, one false move and we are falling to depths of shame, judgment and projection.

We think our stuff isn't worthwhile, bad enough or worse, we feel selfish for not being able to cope, when the world is full of suffering.

Although we are slowly turning a corner, it's still uncool to share our sadness and upset in many cultures and generations.

Cross that bridge, walk towards healing, compassion and the safety to let go.

We all need to have our thoughts and feelings heard.

Therapy can offer that unconditional and respectful space.

We offer therapy and counselling sessions for anxiety and depression in the High Wycombe, Slough and Buckinghamshire areas for children, teens and adults.

WE DO NOT HAVE A WAITING LIST AND YOU CAN SELF REFER.

What you don't heal you pass on.

Be well,

Justine
