Booking & Cancellation Policy

Your therapy sessions are reserved specifically for you. I understand that life can be unpredictable; however, to ensure I can offer these times to other clients in need, I kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:

• 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice before your appointment time.

• Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to the full session fee.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will still end the session at the scheduled time to remain on track for following clients, and the full fee will apply.

• How to Cancel: Please notify Bucks Family Network as soon as possible if you cannot attend.
