'Ask a Therapist', is not therapy nor is it a place to go if you need immediate support.

'Ask a Therapist' is for low-level therapeutic questions that are not led by a crisis.

We want to make therapy accessible to many and providing our 'Ask a Therapist' service allows us to reach more people who might just need some advice on how to navigate further support or obtain information, resources or sign posting to other agencies.

We aim to answer you question in 48 hours by email.

If you are in crisis, please contact one of the helplines below ASAP. Thank you.
